English for Everyone (Foundation) – Mondays & Tuesdays
English for Everyone (Foundation) is a beginners’ course that will help you to develop and improve your English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

English for Everyone (The Next Step) – Wednesdays & Thursdays
Take the next step in improving your English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.  Meet new people and increase your English skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Computers for English – Fridays
Learn to use computers while developing your English language skills.  You will be introduced to a range of different English language programs and this course can lead to further training opportunities in English and computers.

English for Life Skills – Mondays
Designed to continue developing your English language skills and help you to build a variety of life skills; including working as part of a team, managing your time, keeping to a budget, making appointments and building self confidence.

English for Community Services – Thursdays
Continue to develop your English skills through theme based learning.  Practice and improve your English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills whilst learning about a range of community services such as schools, hospitals, child care, aged care and volunteering.

English in the Kitchen – Wednesdays
Continue developing your English skills in the kitchen.  You will learn about food safety, how to read basic recipes, learn about different utensils and kitchen equipment, practice measuring ingredients, learn about basic menu planning and some basic cooking skills.

Professional Barista Training & Level 1 Food Handlers – Fridays
Good hygiene practices along with the knowledge and skills to prepare and serve espresso coffee are essential skills for a career in the hospitality industry.  This course results in a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment listing the units SITHFAB204 Prepare and serve espresso coffee and SITXFSA101 Use hygiene practices for food safety.

Introduction to Computers – Mondays
Work through the computer basics to build your confidence in using a range of different programs.  Be introduced to the keyboard and mouse, navigating the desktop, Microsoft Word functions and the internet.  You will learn how to create a myGov account to access online accounts such as Medicare, ATO, Centrelink and Australian Job Search.

Introduction to Office Administration – Tuesdays
This course is designed to prepare students for modern entry-level administrative positions, or to upgrade the skills of individuals who are already employed in an administrative capacity.  Learn to problem-solve, multi-task and work effectively in a team.  Develop basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, email and internet.  Master basic office procedures and learn office etiquette.
