English for Everyone (Foundation) – Mondays & Tuesdays
English for Everyone (Foundation) is a beginners’ course that will help you to develop and improve your English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

English for Everyone (The Next Step) – Wednesdays & Thursdays
Take the next step in improving your English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.  Meet new people and increase your English skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Computers for English – Fridays
Learn to use computers while developing your English language skills.  You will be introduced to a range of different English language programs and this course can lead to further training opportunities in English and computers.

English for Life Skills – Mondays
Designed to continue developing your English language skills and help you to build a variety of life skills; including working as part of a team, managing your time, keeping to a budget, making appointments and building self confidence.

English for Community Services – Thursdays
Continue to develop your English skills through theme based learning.  Practice and improve your English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills whilst learning about a range of community services such as schools, hospitals, child care, aged care and volunteering.

Healthy Cooking on a Budget – Thursdays
Win over your family and friends with new found skills in healthy cooking and do it within a set budget.  Learn innovative ways to create healthy and delicious snacks, meals and desserts.  Prepare ingredients for cooking and share the meal that you have cooked in a friendly and supportive environment with fellow students.

Introduction to Café Skills – Fridays
Learn how to use a coffee machine to make a range of coffees and learn the basic principles of maintaining a hygienic work environment.  Create a pathway to successfully attain a Barista Certificate and Level 1 Food Handlers Certificate.  This is an exciting opportunity to progress into accredited Barista and Food Handling training at a significantly discounted cost.

Hairdressing Taster –  Fridays
This short taster course will introduce you to a range of different techniques such as braiding, styling, hot ironing, curling, blow waving, drying, selecting and applying products and various cutting methods.  The ideal short course for people who want to continue in the hairdressing field or just wanting extra skills for home, family and friends.

Introduction to Computers – Mondays
Work through the computer basics to build your confidence in using a range of different programs.  Be introduced to the keyboard and mouse, navigating the desktop, Microsoft Word functions and the internet.  You will learn how to create a myGov account to access online accounts such as Medicare, ATO, Centrelink and Australian Job Search.
